Day 11: Misc.--walking, bicep curls, sit-ups, lunges
Day 12: Misc.--stairs, Pilates
Still loving the exercise everyday. Even though I'm not doing anything extensive, it makes me feel really strong and productive to do some kind of physical exercise everyday. I'm still holding out hope that I can do more exciting exercises in the coming weeks.
Hewot/Chauntell: (Day 11) walking to/from Parking Office (yes, the very same thing I did last week...yay school parking)
Hewot: (Day 12) sit-ups, squats, stairs
Chauntell: (Day 12) elliptical (she's even working out on her vacation!)
