{exercise: days 15 & 16)

Day 15: Elliptical and weights
Day 16: Pilates

I actually did real weights yesterday! It made me feel really strong and I think I'd like to do that more often. Today, though, I am VERY sore so I do believe Pilates is the best choice for stretching out these tired muscles. Yay for creating a healthy body for Christ!
